Height & Accessibility Note
Standard package rates apply to cameras mounted up to 8 feet high (accessible with a standard technician step ladder). For multi-story homes or layouts where cameras are mounted higher than 8 feet requiring extension ladders and dual-technician safety spotting, a single flat $150 TTD High-Access Fee will be added to the package total.

Pre-existing Image Quality & Wear
Our service includes a deep external cleaning of the camera housing and lens. However, if a camera lens or internal image sensor has suffered permanent sun damage (UV bleaching), internal moisture fogginess, or severe scratches over time, the video feed may remain unclear even after cleaning. In these cases, we will recommend a hardware replacement.
Hardware Replacements & Repairs
If we discover faulty components during our health check, here is how repairs are handled:
Same-Day Replacements
If we have the necessary replacement parts in our service vehicle, we will change them on the spot. You only pay for the cost of the hardware part.
Return Visits
If we must source specialized parts and return on a separate day, a new technician service fee will apply based on the scope of work.
Example: Replacing a faulty video balun on a return visit would cost $60 TTD for the part, plus a technician service fee starting at $150 TTD (depending on the total number of items being replaced).
